Settlement & Guarantee

RME maintains the highest institutional standards for secure custodial settlement.

The deadline for clearing a transaction is 3 business days from the date of trade execution or when an authorized agent confirms receipt of the physical strategic asset.

To exercise a claim, participants must submit a formal declaration via the secure portal or legal representative.

We ensure transaction finality within 48 hours of verification. Funds are disbursed via the original channel, ensuring full compliance with international anti-money laundering and liquidity regulations.

Guarantee Criteria:

For material lots to be eligible for exchange settlement, they must be:

Valid assay certification
Original vault seals

Ineligible for standard settlement:

Custom materials that impede standardized industrial re-sale or appraisal.
Strategic compounds with an immediate expiration period or chemical volatility.
Materials unsealed or handled outside of a certified institutional clean-room.
Rare earth oxides mixed post-refinement with lower-grade industrial ores.

We reserve the right to decline settlement for materials failing to meet sovereign purity or ethical sourcing standards.

Asset Delivery

Clients bear transit risk until assets are logged into a bonded vault. Direct secure shipments to the address below:

We recommend utilizing armored, GPS-tracked logistics providers. RME cannot issue settlement credits without physical receipt and technical verification of the material grade and mass by our resident assaying committee.

Escrow

For trades with institutional escrow, credit is issued upon delivery. Once the audit is complete, a certificate of title is issued to the owner. This ensures liquidity and prevents systemic risk within the exchange.

For non-standard materials or sovereign-level agreements, the clearing house coordinates directly with the central bank of the purchasing entity to ensure finality.
